This printable activity book was inspired by the animal flip books I used to enjoy when I was younger, like this dinosaur one. In my Flip a Robot version, children can mix and match the heads, bodies, and legs of several different robots, or even create their own robots to mix and match.
The book includes six full color robots that can be assembled into a book.
To assemble, simply print the robots, staple along the left side, and then cut along the dotted lines until right before the staples.
Then flip through the pages to create the robot of your dreams. Maybe you like this one with big feet?
Or perhaps you prefer this one that rolls on two wheels?
Or maybe this one is more to your liking?
The printable also includes a black-and-white option, with black line drawings of all six robots.
This is good for saving ink or for kids who would prefer to color their robots themselves.
Finally, there are a few blank pages so kids can create their own robots to include in a flip book.
This printable has so many possibilities for fun. The youngest kids may just want to flip through a pre-made book, but older kids are sure to enjoy the fun of coloring in the robots or the challenge of creating their own robots from scratch.
If you have robot-loving kids between 2 and 6 years of age, they might also enjoy my Robot Do-a-Dot Printables.
