Sorry to drop another Birchbox unboxing in less than a week! :-/

Very excited to reveal this month’s Birchbox which is a collaboration with Tatler. I loved their collab last year but that was for a very special, one-off, limited edition box.

High Definition Brow Define

OMG I LOVE HD BROWS (or, as I should refer to them, High Definition Brows). I actually use this shade (Vamp) in their brow powder so it’s great to try the pencil form. It will be ideal to line the brow for stronger definition. I believe the ~trendy~ term is: EYEBROWS ON FLEEK.

Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar Primer

I’ve heard of this lip tar but have never used it before. I’m actually really glad that it’s a clear primer and not a coloured one. This lip primer is formulated with Vitamin E, hemp, and peppermint oils to soothe and hydrate. It is designed to help your lipstick to stay in place and last longer. Ideal for party season!

YAAAAS. After raveing about Wet Brush in a recent blogpost, I’m chuffed to get a midi size version for my handbag!

I don’t know if any of my Snapchat followers remember this but a couple of months ago, I was desperate to brush my hair after a really windy day out at the seaside (candy floss and ice cream bonded strands of my hair together!), and I had nothing but an unused plastic fork that I found in my Dad's car!

Well, with the midi Wet Brush landing in to my life, I no longer have to use a plastic dinglehopper to brush my hair now. Happy days!

NUXE Creme Prodigieuse

For the morning after, this face cream restore and boost tired skin. I’ve actually got this already but I’m happy to see it in this month’s Birchbox! A girl can never have too much NUXE. And you'll know that to be true if you subscribe to beauty boxes because NUXE often sneaks it's way in there! Now, I can’t even remember the last time I got so drunk that my face looked that dull (and to be honest, face cream probably won't fix that!), but if your dry, lacklustre skin needs a little something in this cold weather, I’d recommend NUXE Creme Prodigieuse Anti-Fatigue Moisturising Cream.

Dauphin Rose Aromatic Care

I don’t know what I’d do without face oils. I am all about the face oil, especially if it’s contains softening rose ingredients. If your skin feels tight and dehydrated after a party (or in general!), apply a few drops of face oil at night before you put on face cream. You’ll wake up with softer, smoother, plumper skin.

There are so many subscription boxes to choose from, it's hard to choose one to sign up to. I have two favourites: Birchbox and Love Me Beauty. Both have been firm faves for two years and having seen them evolve into the businesses they are today, I can say safely that these two beauty subscription boxes have made the biggest effort in keeping their customers best interest at the core of what they do.

With Birchbox, in particular, I love the thoughtfulness of the themed boxes. Each month is a new box design which keeps things exciting with contents that are carefully selected. Unlike some of their main competitors who I lost interest ages ago that seem to complacent with their position in the market.
